During the Xbox Games ShowcaseA teaser for the title has been revealed, pointing to a themed setting. However, no actual gameplay was shown, so it's not clear what kind of game this will actually turn out to be.
A release window has not been confirmed either. That said, it only seems to be coming to Xbox Series X/S and PC, with day one on Xbox Game Pass.
