Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. revealed during gamescom 2024 that the protagonist characters of the Buu saga, Ultimate Gohan and Super Buu, will be included in the cast of 163 fighters in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO.
Developed by Spike Chunsoft and harnessing the power of the Unreal®️ Engine 5, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO promises fast-paced combat, large, destructible environments and stunning visuals with the technology of current generation platforms to offer the sequel to the series DRAGON BALL Z: BUDOKAI TENKAICHI that fans had been waiting for after a hiatus of more than 15 years.
Marking the return of the revered fighting game franchise BUDOKAI TENKAICHI DRAGON BALL, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO takes the series into a new era, pushing the boundaries of gameplay and features in an arena brawler. The game's gravity-defying fights capture the destructive powers and Ki abilities characteristic of each character in DRAGON BALLall displayed in impressive detail with damage capable of destroying entire sections of the arena.
DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will be released exclusively for PlayStation®️5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam®️ on October 11, 2024.
