The youtube channel Funcom is pleased to announce that Dune: Awakening, the open-world survival MMO, will be released in early 2025 for PC, with a console version planned for a later date.
During the gamescom Opening Night LiveFor the first time, fans were able to watch a five-minute gameplay trailer, showing one player's rise from poverty to mobilizing an entire guild in the search for spices.
Dune: Awakening is present at gamescom 2024visitors need only follow the imposing sand worm sculpture to find the stand, where they can watch a 30-minute gameplay presentation and pick up their own Fremkit goodie bag.
For those at home, the presentation will be broadcast live by various content creators over the next few days, including Sacriel, Alphacast e Mowky. In addition, journalists and content creators will have the chance to experience a demonstration of Dune: Awakening behind closed doors and share their impressions with the public.
Dune: Awakening will be released in early 2025 on PC and will arrive on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S at a later date. It's already possible reserve the game on PC and consoles and sign up for the official website for the chance to take part in the Closed Beta.
