A rumor is circulating that the next crossover LEGO x Fortnite may be bigger than the players expect. An announcement from LEGO x Fortnite was made by the Danish toy manufacturer and by Epic Games in June 2023. After months of rumors and leaks.
The companies haven't gone into detail about what this partnership will contain. But both companies confirmed that one of the possibilities was to use Metaverse.

Leak indicates LEGO and Fortnite crossover
Shiinathe famous leaker of Fortnite, posted on Twitter that the upcoming v27.00 update may not be the expected Chapter 5 Season 4 update that players are hoping for.
Instead, players could see a vast event LEGO take control of the battle royale shooter. According to the information, the event should include a vast amount of content. But it should still be like a continuation of Season 4.
Shiina cites two sources for this particular rumor: two other reliable leakers from Fortnite, Wenso e Andre. They corroborate the information and hope that the updated LEGO x Fortnite will be released in December. After a live in-game event at the end of November.
Despite Shiina not being committed to the timing of a possible crossover LEGO. He notes that an xx.00 update has always been a new season of Fortnite. So it seems strange that Epic don't label collaboration LEGO as such.
