But what was most impressive was how much the Xbox pays to have Day One games on Game Pass.

O Game Pass receiving new releases on the first day is a great advantage and incentive for people to sign up and remain subscribers. However Microsoft you can pay top dollar for it.

The vice-president of Xbox, Sarah Bondsent an e-mail to the CEO of Microsoft Gaming, Phil Spencerand the CFO of Xbox, Tim Stuart (among others), detailing what it can cost to ensure that the main third-party games reach the Game Pass on the day of the launch.

It is important to note that the prices mentioned below are not the actual prices paid by Microsoftbecause many of these games never made it to the Game PassThey are not even negotiated or necessarily discussed with any of the companies in question.
