This evening, the ATLUS held a special broadcast on the development of its next large-scale RPG, Metaphor: ReFantazio.
The director of Studio Zero, Katsura Hashino (Persona 3, 4 and 5, Shin Megami Tensei III - Nocturne), presented the first hands-on gameplay to the audience during the broadcast. Hashino explored various segments of the game, showed viewers previously unseen details and commented on his development vision and creative inspirations.
One of the main revelations of the broadcast was the release date of Metaphor: ReFantazio: October 11, 2024!
The director's journey also took the audience to a selection of locations in the title, ranging from large cities to underground waterways and showing more about the systems and characters. In terms of the world, an essential factor in your journey is the Gauntlet Runner, a vehicle that also serves as the player's base and headquarters.
The new trailer, entitled "The King's Trial", highlights more about the story and can be seen below:
Physical pre-orders are now available, including a special collector's edition. More details about digital pre-sales will be announced in the future.
In Metaphor: ReFantazio, players will write their destinies and face their fears in a fantasy world like no other!
Metaphor: ReFantazio will be launched on October 11, 2024 for Xbox Series X|S, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 e Steamwith subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese.
