A few months after the launch of the controversial Playstation Portal, a device focused on remote play that works exclusively with the Playstation 5, it was hacked.
The news came from user theflow0 who is well known in the modification scene for other Playstation consoles.

In the image we can see the Playstation Portal running the PPSSPP emulator natively with the game GTA Liberty City Stories.
This opens up a multitude of possibilities because, as the device runs an adapted version of Android, we can continue to use it to stream the PS5 along with the unlocked device, running games and emulators natively.
However, as the device wasn't designed to have lots of applications and content installed, one problem that may be fundamental to the progress of modifications and homebrews for the device is the fact that it only has 6 GB of storage, so loading heavier games will be a problem. In addition, there is so far no possibility of expanding this internal memory.
