Rainbow Six Siege may be getting Master Chief

Rainbow Six Siege

Recently, images emerged on the internet directly suggesting that none other than Master Chief will be entering Rainbow Six Siege. It's not the first time Ubisoft organizes collaborative events between franchises. But this would be the first time that the competitive first-person shooter of almost eight years has featured a skin from HALO.

It would come in the form of an 'Elite Skin' for the classic Operator called 'Sledge'. That's usually how these skins find their way into the game, at least.

The youtube channel Ubisoft has not confirmed the leak and it has not yet been independently confirmed, but there is a clip circulating on social media that looks absolutely fantastic - and, honestly, I want it to be true.

Halo's Master Chief could be coming to Rainbow Six Siege

In the clip circulated online by user Klobrille we can see Master Chief posing in the Operator selection menu. Wielding a hammer that he will undoubtedly use to break down barricades and walls. That's the main objective of whoever takes control of Sledge, after all.

This crossover is not expected to come as part of the latest update - Operation Heavy Mettle - which falls on August 29, but could arrive at the end of the year.
