After starting the mission, you need to explore the house of Dr. Addison, the man who turned into the sinister Nefarious who has been watching and whispering to the characters via radios and TVs scattered around the map.
His house can be found at the southern end of the neighborhood of Sedgewickin Redfall. Players will want to be equipped to dispatch the countless vampires and watchers scattered throughout the mansion.

Where to find Amelia's dolls in Redfall
You did get lost in the "House of Echoes" mission. I understand you, I got stuck for a while on this mission because I couldn't find one of the missing dolls. That's probably the case with you too, but we'll solve your problem.
That said, see below for the exact location of each of Amelia's dolls in Redfall, the recently released Xbox Game Studios to The Xbox Series e PC.
Amelia's first doll in Redfall
Well, the first doll that players can easily find is in the greenhouse outside the mansion to the east.
Watch out for the Sentinel guarding the courtyard area immediately outside the east doors of the mansion. Once players reach the greenhouse, the first doll is found at the edge of the plants, on your left.
Amelia's second doll in Redfall
Moving on, to find the second doll, go back inside the mansion. Then explore the second floor and head towards the southern end of the house, where you'll find a pantry area that leads to the kitchen.
The second doll is located on the counter in the middle of the room, along with some convenient stake launcher ammunition.
Amelia's third doll
Finally, go to the room to the south of the mansion and head towards the back of the attic. There will be a children's play area with hanging lights at the end of the room, and players will find the last doll on the carpet inside the playroom.
Once the three dolls have been acquired, go back to Amelia's room. There will be three doll silhouettes in the dollhouse, corresponding to where the dolls were found in the mansion.
Interact with each silhouette to place the dolls inside. Now you can enter the dollhouse and begin the second part of the mission.
