The youtube channel Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. revealed today the latest development diary for SAND LAND which provides more information on the quests and monsters of Forest Land.
The next action RPG based on the original work by Akira Toriyama (Dragon Ball, Dr. Slump) takes players on a journey through a colorful, water-starved post-apocalyptic world where humans and demons coexist and fight over resources.
SAND LAND is a popular manga created in 2000 by Akira Toriyamaauthor of DRAGON BALL e Dr. Slumpand which has gained worldwide popularity since its publication.
In a desert world where demons and humans suffer from extreme water shortages, Beelzebub, the Prince of Demons, and Rao, a small-town sheriff, team up and set off on an adventure in search of a hidden water source.
In December 2022, the project SAND LAND was announced and several partners joined forces to bring this classic manga intellectual property to transmedia.
The project began with the co-production of an anime movie by Bandai Namco Filmworks Inc.'s Sunrise Studio, Kamikazedouga Co. Ltd. e ANIMA Inc.followed by the official unveiling of the game SAND LAND in June 2023.
SAND LAND will be launched on April 26, 2024 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S e PC via Steam and its demo is now available on all platforms.
