Todd McFarlaneco-creator of the iconic character, suggested a Venom playable in the long-awaited sequel to Marvel's Spider-Man, called by Insomniac Gamesd and Spider-Man 2.
Todd had a seat with IGN in San Diego Comic-Con 2023where he was asked about playing the legendary villain in Spide-Man 2. With an exciting response, Todd may have implied that Venom would be playable in the next game.

The creator seemed visibly impressed by the hard work of the Insomniac with the representation of Venom. When asked about the latest trailer where Venom was revealed to fans, Todd made an implication about Venom that got fans excited about what Insomniac might be cooking up at headquarters.
"Oh yeah, that's cool, I played that! I played that! I don't want that skinny little Peter Parker guy. I'll go for the big guy."

Venom playable in Spider-Man 2 is what everyone would like to have
The declaration of Todd could have several sides to it, but fans were quick to accept the possible hint about a Venom playable, which by the way has been a popular demand.
