Zombie Army Trilogy is a revitalized classic
In 2013, still during Sniper Elite V2, a Rebellion ventured into a different direction for the franchise, putting you in the fight against the Nazis again, but this time, as zombies.
The game received two chapters, entitled Nazi Zombie Army e Nazi Zombie Army 2This is a kind of standalone expansion for the game.
Later, in 2015, it was launched Zombie Army TrilogyIn addition to the two original spin-off games, the package also includes a third chapter in the plot. The remasters are now based on Sniper Elite III, which he had launched the previous year.
Is the gaming experience good?
In Zombie Army Trilogy you find yourself in the Second World War, where Hitler has his last bet: to create a legion of undead supersoldiers who will dominate the whole of Europe.
In this context, you have to complete three campaigns totaling 15 missions and defeat countless enemies to reach your final goal: Adolf Hitler.
To help you on your journey, you can invite three other friends, or find players through public servers (something we were unable to do due to a lack of players).
You end up facing countless hordes, completing some objectives to advance in the story and watching incredible cutscenes, while visiting settings that not only portray the horrors of the time, but are even more frightening with the undead.
Is the Zombie Army Trilogy worth playing?
The first thing you should consider when playing Zombie Army Trilogy is that although it's a remaster, it's a game from 10 years ago. Things have changed over the years, and this version still has the original essence of the game.
You'll experience a corridor-based game, where most of the time you only have one path to follow, arriving at other locations with a slightly wider area.
At these times, you'll be given missions such as "Eliminate all enemies" or "Reach the Location". Yes, it's a bit repetitive, but it's still very enjoyable to take out enemies with the sniper and the cinematic camera. Sniper Elite.
It's a good game that suffers from the constraints that video games had in the past decade, but if you're open-minded, you should have a lot of fun, especially with your friends.
