Assassin's Creed Shadows leads pre-sales in Japan

For those who thought that after all the controversy of having a samurai of African origin as the main character in the new episode of the Assassin's Creed saga would be a reason for the Japanese not to like the game, the reception has actually been very good there.

Today the game appeared as the best-selling game on Amazon in Japan, with the base game appearing in first place and the collector's and Deluxe editions also appearing on the list.

Assassin's Creed Shadows had a reveal trailer released this week featuring the two playable characters:

YASUKE

After completing his training to become a skilled samurai, Yasuke discovers a new purpose: to confront the demons of his past

NAOE

Trained as a shinobi assassin from Iga Prefecture, Naoe prepares to travel across Japan in search of revenge to fulfill an impossible promise.

The game is scheduled for release on November 15 this year.

My favorite games are visual novels.
