Warner Bros. Games will be present at Brasil Game Show 2023, bringing to the event the first Brazilian Mortal Kombat 1 tournament, the newest addition to the acclaimed fighting game series. The competition takes place on Friday (13), from 2pm to 6pm, in the Monster Energy Arena at BGS, and will be broadcast live on the event's channel and also on Warner Play.
Eight of the best professional Mortal Kombat players in Brazil have been summoned to compete for the title of the game's first Brazilian champion, as well as for a copy of the Kollector's Edition of Mortal Kombat 1. The competitors are considered to be some of the biggest names in the sport in the country:

- Cold Blood
- Gustavo Page
- Little Chronos
- Zeeus
The tournament will feature live interviews with the players, conducted by Warner Play channel host Arthur Ribas, as well as broadcasts with casters Buiu from Kombat Klub and Alan Speed, who will be following all the action closely. Highlights of the event will be broadcast on the Space Channel on October 22, bringing the best moments from each match.
And it's not just the competitors who win, the public will also receive special themed gifts by attending the tournament, as well as being able to win prizes by taking part in the quiz that will take place after the competition.
