During Opening Night Live at gamescom 2024, a Techland announced Dying Light: The Beast, an electrifying 18-hour zombie game set in the post-apocalyptic Castor Woods, which used to be a popular tourist destination.

After 13 years of being subjected to constant experiments, the protagonist of the adventure, Kyle Crane, escapes and begins a chase in search of revenge, but Kyle discovers that there is much more at stake than he thought.

Although the place isn't as crowded as it used to be, there are still people and factions, and horrible things are happening there. Some will ask for your help, while others will want to kill you. In addition to them, Kyle will also have to worry about the mysterious creature that has turned the forest into its own private hunting ground.

Players who already own the Ultimate Edition of Dying Light 2 Stay Human, will receive the Dying Light: The Beast at no extra cost

Dying Light: The Beast will be available for both PC and Xbox and PlayStation consoles of the current and previous generations. A Techland will reveal more details, including the release date, later this year.
