It was recently revealed through a leak of the box art of Stellar Blade that the download size of the game will be 35 GB on the PlayStation 5. That's not exorbitant, considering this is a sumptuous semi-open world title with a lot of depth, so it shouldn't be too taxing on your SSD.
It was also revealed that the game - which is being released by Shift Up on April 26 - can be pre-loaded from April 24th. In a recent report, it was stated that the pre-loaded version of the game will come equipped with the latest update.
But those who buy Stellar Blade on disk will simply need to download this update when installing the game. Players will be able to explore this post-apocalyptic, story-driven title from April 26th, exclusively on PlayStation 5.
