The youtube channel Rockstar Games this Friday morning on its website that it has acquired the company Cfx.rethe team behind FiveM (GTA RP) and RedMthe popular RPG communities dedicated to Grand Theft Auto 5 e Red Dead Redemption 2.

"Over the past few years, we've watched with excitement as Rockstar's creative community has found new ways to expand the possibilities of Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2, especially through the creation of dedicated RPG servers," the announcement reads.
"As a way of further supporting these efforts, we recently expanded our policy on mods to officially include those created by the creative RPG community."

GTA RP could be coming to consoles soon
The youtube channel Rockstar will partner with Cfx.rethe team behind FiveM e RedMand will help find new ways to support communities and improve the services they use. Cfx.re also shared his own statement in a forum post, saying that it is "a big step forward in the growth of the community".
"While our day-to-day operations have no noticeable changes, with Rockstar's support, we will continue to improve our platform and we are very excited about what this means for our users, community and creators," said Cfx.re.
In addition, the team asked that, as they are now working in collaboration with the RockstarThey will not answer questions about new projects in development at the studio, adding: "So please don't ask us about the next GTA!"
This acquisition by Rockstar Games is totally unexpected, despite the great success of the mode on PC. And, of course, it could mean that GTA RP may soon arrive on consoles. Perhaps not in the form of GTA V, but with the supposed release of the GTA 6 for 2024.
There's also the possibility that the multiplayer mode will be managed completely by Cfx.re, which has possibly managed to improve everything that GTA Online brought. And, to bring even more longevity to the game of Rockstar Games.
