The Razer Blade 16 features the world's first 16″, 240Hz OLED screen, which provides incredible visual clarity and color depth for gamers, as well as offering more graphics power per cubic inch than any other gaming laptop on the market.

The Blade 16 is also equipped with the brand new Intel® Core i9-14900HX processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, features that make it an extremely powerful machine. The unparalleled performance of Razer's new laptop is complemented by its elegant and compact design with an anodized aluminum frame.

NVIDIA RTX laptop GPUs are equipped with dedicated Tensor AI cores, delivering unparalleled AI performance in creative applications, ultra-efficient productivity, lightning-fast gaming and much more. Backed by NVIDIA Studio technology, the GPu also comes with pre-installed NVIDIA Studio drivers for enhanced performance and reliability.

Main features:

  • The world's first 16″, 240Hz OLED screen: A revolution in the gaming world that offers better hit rates and reduced response time. This screen will beat the competition with perfect clarity, backed by VESA ClearMR 11000 and HDR500 True Black color certifications. It also features QHD+ resolution (2560×1600), 0.2ms response time and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut
  • Dual Mode Mini-LED Display options: Users can switch between UHD+ 120Hz and FHD+ 240Hz resolutions for different purposes, such as using high resolution for creative work or high refresh rates for a better gaming experience.
  • Cutting-edge processing with Intel Core i9 HX: At the heart of the Blade 16 is the Intel Core i9-14900HX, the world's fastest mobile processor. With 24 cores and the ability to overclock via Razer Synapse, it offers unrivaled processing power for content creation and the most demanding gaming experience.
  • Unrivaled graphic performance: The Blade 16 is a powerhouse in the gaming laptop market, as it supports the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card and uses up to 175W of total TGP (Total Graphics Power) - generating more graphics power per cubic inch than any competitor. The card also takes advantage of NVIDIA's AI-powered DLSS 3, which delivers higher frame rates and real-time Ray-Tracing technology. GeForce RTX card technologies are compatible with more than 500 popular games and applications, including hits such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2.

Blade 18: A taste of the future

Razer is also presenting a preview of the Blade 18 in its 2024 version. The future release will hit the market later this year and will redefine the category of large-format gaming laptops.

The laptop will feature an 18″ 4K 165Hz screen, the world's first with this specification, and Thunderbolt 5 connectivity, Intel's latest high-performance connectivity protocol. With this, the Blade 18 will be a game changer, combining performance and versatility in an incomparable way.

The Thunderbolt 5 connection was announced in September 2023 and allows users to connect multiple high-resolution gaming screens simultaneously, as well as high-speed storage devices and all-in-one docks, all through Bandwidth Boost of up to 120 Gbps - which represents three times more bandwidth than the current industry-leading protocol. Blade 18 brings the future of connectivity into the present, massively improving speed and bandwidth and allowing gamers and creators to enjoy high-quality images for more immersive experiences.

Further details will be revealed closer to the launch date, but the Blade 18 is set to be the definitive choice for gamers and content creators looking for a powerful laptop.

The Razer advantage

The Razer Blade chassis pushes the boundaries of performance and design. It has been refined over generations and features a unique aluminum structure that is much more durable, as well as a titanium plate that provides rigidity and an anodized finish for maximum strength. This generation, both the Blade 14 and Blade 16 will be available in black and mercury, giving gamers more choices to play their way.
Another feature common to all the new Razer Blades is related to the screens, which are validated by Calman to ensure that each panel is calibrated in the right way for a professional quality experience as soon as the laptop is taken out of the box. Color immersion also extends to support for Dynamic Lighting, now available on Windows 11.

The Razer Chroma ecosystem gets even better and users can control both devices with Razer Chroma technology and third-party devices from one place via the Razer Chroma app. Razer Blade laptops also now feature full THX integration via Razer Synapse, which provides greater sound immersion by allowing users to create custom equalization profiles or choose from a variety of optimization settings for games, movies or music.

These laptops also come with a one-month subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, giving players access to hundreds of high-quality games on PC, console and cloud gaming.
In addition to a range of new software features, Razer laptops continue to offer an industry-leading battery warranty of up to two years. For users who want additional peace of mind, RazerCare is available in selected regions with additional coverage of up to three years.
