The youtube channel Ubisoft announced that Julian Gerighty, who currently works as creative director at Star Wars Outlaws, has also been named executive producer of the series The Divisionthus confirming The Division 3.
As part of the announcement, it was confirmed that The Division 3 will be one of the projects that Gerighty will supervise. And that Massive Entertainment will be leading the development, as it did with the two previous games.
“Como produtor executivo, Julian Gerighty supervisionará todos os jogos e produtos de The Division, incluindo Tom Clancy’s The Division 3, liderado pela Massive Entertainment, que está construindo ativamente uma equipe para o jogo”, diz o comunicado da Ubisoft.
“Em sua nova função, Julian conduzirá os muitos elementos de produção interdependentes da marca The Division em uma direção unificada.

Julian Gerighty has been appointed Executive Producer for the Tom Clancy's The Division brand. Julian will oversee all games and products, including Tom Clancy's The Division 3, led by Massive Entertainment who is actively building a team for the game.

Will The Division 3 announced by Ubisoft have an impact on other games?
According to Ubisoft, Gerighty will continue to work on Star Wars Outlaws until the game is finished. See below:

The Division 3 despite being announced by Ubisoft, has no release date or window, but it should arrive on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
