Hi-Fi Rush to receive DLC at Xbox Games Showcase

Having been a highlight of the Xbox Developer_Direct of January 25th held by Xbox, Hi-Fi Rush was announced by Tango Gameworks and incredibly launched on the same day as the announcement.

The game was highly acclaimed by critics, reaching 89 on metacritic for its PC version. Many even consider it one of the best games of the year, and of course it didn't stop there.

10 new achievements of Hi-Fi Rush have appeared online thanks to a new SteamDBsuggesting that a new DLC is on the way.

Hi-Fi Rush may be getting a DLC soon, possibly at the Xbox Games Showcase

The new achievement update suggests that an imminent announcement is on the horizon. Probably arriving in Xbox Games Showcase this Sunday (11).

So far, the developer of Hi-Fi Rush, Tango Gameworkshas not formally announced that the DLC is coming to the game. Despite claims that the game "didn't make the money it needed to make". The VP of marketing at Xbox Games, Aaron Greenberg issued a short statement saying:

"Hi-Fi RUSH has been a success for us and our players by every major measure and expectation. We couldn't be happier with what the team at Tango Gameworks has delivered with this surprise release."

According to BethesdaThe game reached two million players on March 1st. And at the end of February, the director John Johanas said that the game received 10,000 reviews from the Steam almost a month after the launch.

The game received generally favorable reviews upon release from critics, who praised its visual style, art direction, humor, characters and combat, although some noted its repetition, level design and limited soundtrack.

Finally, Hi-Fi Rush is available for The Xbox Series e PC. It is also available at Xbox Game Pass.
