The critically acclaimed action RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance is getting its long-awaited sequel and will be released in 2024.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is a true sequel to the original, but it has been developed and written in such a way that it is perfect for both newcomers to Bohemia and returning riders.
Diving back into the exciting world of 15th century Bohemia (Central Europe), Kingdom Come: Deliverance II picks up where its predecessor left off, putting players in the shoes of Henry, a blacksmith's son caught up in a tumultuous story of revenge, betrayal and self-discovery.
In this thrilling sequel, players will traverse a meticulously crafted medieval landscape, from the humble confines of a blacksmith's forge to the grandeur of the royal courts, as they navigate the treacherous currents of a kingdom torn apart by civil war.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II relaunches the franchise in an even more epic way
Through two new maps - twice the size of the previous game - players can explore the beautiful and diverse Bohemian Paradise (a real-world location you can still visit in the Czech Republic), from the majestic Trosky Castle. to more urban environments, such as the silver mining town of Kuttenberg (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).
With over five hours of gripping scenes chronicling Henry's journey, players will be captivated by the drama that unfolds at every turn.
The Kingdom Come: Deliverance II has been reformulated to make it more accessible while remaining true to its nature as a representation of real medieval martial arts.
From elegant swordplay to deadly ranged attacks, such as the newly added crossbows or the first gunpowder weapons, players will be able to fight like a true medieval knight.
The game is also faithful to the core RPG experience, where you can take multiple approaches to quests, evolve Henry as you see fit and lose yourself in a responsive, animated world.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will be released for PC, PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X|S later this year.
