The official trailer for EA FC 24 Career Deep Dive finally arrived with EA Sports announcing all the new improvements and updates to Career mode.
Fans have been waiting for this announcement for months, as we move on from the FIFA 23 for EA FC 24. A lot of information has been released about what fans can expect in the Career Mode of EA FC 24So without further ado, let's dive straight into the new information!
The main changes to Coach Career Mode in EA Sports FC 24
After an intensive analysis of the game's new trailer, we now have a better understanding of what we can expect to see in the game. Career mode of EA Sports FC 24 with a lot to unravel. From new features to cutscenes and updated game mechanics in the gameplay and user interface. O Career mode should have its biggest overhaul yet.
Technical Committee
The new Technical Committee is designed to improve your team's tactical prowess and increase the players' attributes. Each coach has Tactical Knowledge, with three levels - Beginner, Accomplished and Expert - in seven different Tactical Visions.
As manager, you will have the power to assign coaches to specific departments, such as Attack, Midfield, Defense and Goalkeeper, ensuring that your players benefit from their experience.
As matches unfold, Tactical View lets you watch the game from multiple angles. You can closely monitor individual players or get a comprehensive view of all the action. Experience the excitement from the touchline, just behind the manager, as you strategize in real time.
Pre-match preparations
The new Matchday Hub now includes pre-match reports, dedicated training sessions and press conferences, giving you the edge over your next opponent.
The pre-match reports provide valuable information about your rival's style of play. Key information includes the likely line-up, the opponent's recent form and their position in the competition. In addition, you'll receive details on the main attacking and defensive players to watch out for.
The training sessions Match Ready offer personalized exercises to improve your team's performance. Completing these exercises unlocks temporary PlayStyles for your players, focusing on specific aspects of the game.
For example, mastering the exercise Game Crossing Scenarios can equip their Strikers with a Power Header PlayStyle, Tips with Whipped Pass PlayStyles and steering wheels with a Aerial PlayStyle.
Dynamic Moments
The Cinematics team at EA SPORTS has been hard at work and has an exciting goal in mind: to celebrate success like never before! With that in mind, they've introduced Dynamic Moments cutscenes in Trainer and Player modes in the EA Sports FC 24.
- Golden Ball: Witness the pinnacle of player performance recognition, as the EA FC 24 has partnered with the prestigious Ballon d'Or. Experience the thrill of your player receiving this esteemed individual soccer award.
- Trophy parade in an open-top bus: The conclusion of a successful season will be celebrated with an open-top bus trophy parade. This scene brings together all the trophies your team has won, representing your collective triumphs
- Coach of the Year and Player of the Season awards: Extravagant galas will be held to present the Coach of the Year and Player of the Season awards. Lead your team to the best performances throughout the season to claim the award yourself, or cheer on your players from the crowd as they lift these prestigious trophies.
Tactical Vision
In response to feedback from the community, the addition of Tactical Viewing Mode joins the Coach's Career mode. With this new feature, you can now watch matches and watch the action unfold from multiple viewing angles.
Tactical Display Mode allows you to:
- Monitor specific players: Watch the match closely, focusing on the activity of specific players on the pitch.
- Eagle Vision: Get an overview of the whole pitch and observe the general dynamics of the game.
- Sideline chaos: Experience the thrill and intensity of the match from the sideline, just behind the coach.
The best part is that you can switch between different views seamlessly as the match progresses, without having to pause the game. This allows you to make quick tactical changes and adjust your game plan on the fly.
The Tactical View is fully integrated with other aspects of the Coach's Career. If you prefer a hands-on approach, you can take control of your team by accessing the pause menu.
Alternatively, if you've secured a comfortable lead, you can sit back and enjoy watching the match unfold from the Tactical View. And if you want to speed things up, you can even transition to Sim mode to get to the final whistle faster.
Career Player news in EA Sports FC 24
As explained in the video Career Mode Gameplay Deep DiveA player's agent will allow you to decide where you want to go - Real Madrid, for example - and will "give you guidance every step of the way on how to get there" through specific Career Plan Objectives.
This can include things like a percentage of appearances over the course of a season, percentage of shots on goal if you're a striker or even an aspirational weekly wage for you to try and negotiate.
If you have a career in mind, "your player agent will know which springboard clubs you should work for and they'll give you certain milestones to make those leaps" - according to the game design director Pete O'Donnell.
You'll also be able to fine-tune your player by taking advantage of new personality mechanics, PlayStyles from the FC 24 and a new camera angle that keeps you in the action. In addition, there are new awards and end-of-year celebrations - including the Ballon d'Or - to look forward to and the inclusion of tattoos in your player customization.
Finally, EA Sports FC 24 arrives on September 29th for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S e Nintendo Switch. *Dynamic moments will only be available on the new generation!
